Lee Hanson

Design Director
Lee is the founder and director of Hanson Creative Ltd. He has worked for a number of advertising agencies and graphic design houses in New Zealand and the UK and has qualifications from AUT and the Design & Art College of New Zealand.  His philosophy is that "effective design is good communication. It must do more than just look good, it has to grab attention, make people think and cause people to respond." That's why our business is built on the principle that we create "design that means business" for our clients.

Natalie Morrell

Senior Graphic Designer
Natalie carries a conjoint design degree from Waikato University and Wanganui School of Design, and previously worked for WaikatoLink, before joining Hanson Creative in 2008. Natalie is full of great ideas and creative design skills to create stunning designs that get results. Nat spends some of her spare time making short films in short time frames with friends, playing the drums or dancing.

Catherine Willers

Graphic Designer
Catherine is another skilled degree graduate from Waikato University. Graduating in 2009 we wrestled her away from a dynamic career with the IRD to come and design for us. Catherine has a modern and clean style which adds further strength to our design team. Catherine spends her spare time wakeskating on Lake Karapiro. Nat and Lee have bets on how Catherine will arrive at work - car, cycle or longboard?
