Overview:

HearingCare are a fast-growing group of Audiology Clinics that are proudly New Zealand owned and operated. The brand lacked a brand style and consistency applied throughout the marketing endeavours. HearingCare needed fresh and contemporary advertising to lift them high above their competitors, while still connecting with their customers and reinforcing their NZ ownership.

Delivery:

Working together, we consolidated the brand into formalised brand guidelines and rolled it out in advertising, stationery, brochures, signage and website. We also directed a customised photo shoot to establish a library of kiwi images that were distinct from the competition. The photos were aimed at the target market (50s plus) and highlighted family environments where good hearing enabled a special time.

The new branding, website and advertising approach was so successful, that the company were quickly bought by a larger chain, Triton Hearing.
